SEO BASICS FOR BLOGGERS :
Practice
a little SEO, Search Engine Optimization, is a powerful way to help your blog
stand out among the thousands online today. Although the subject is deep and
multifaceted, not to mention changing, there are some basics of SEO that you
can do regularly to help boost the ranking of your blog, especially for those
looking for the theme of your on your blog or post.
SEO Function like this:
Evolving and automated crawlers Internet search engines are looking for
relevant content when they relate to research what people do on search engines.
These robots will look at your data in the top of your computer. This
meta-data, or essentially the Cliff Notes version of your post plays a big role
in your ranks, among some other things. Here is an overview of how you can help
the search engine robots learn more about your post immediately and increase
your chances of higher rankings in other research.
Keyword Search
Once
you have written your message, look through and identify a handful of keywords
(sometimes two or three word phrases can be better). If you have been searching
for the topic of this post, what would you type into Google? These are your
keywords. More is not necessarily better way.
For
example, with this post, I would use the following tags: PTC, PTC, PTC basics
blogging, PTC tips, increase the ranking of your blog, search engine
optimization, SEO and beginners. My best guess is that people are looking for
the contents of this message will find these items.
If
your blog software allows you to add keywords (there are several good, free SEO
plugins for WordPress for example), this is where you include these keywords.
Head Title
The
title of your blog and each post should include keywords most frequently used
to search for content from your blog or content of a message. For example, I
write a blog about the mother how I put my training positive discipline to work
at home. I run a blog discipline positive parenting. Those seeking an overview
Positive Discipline will enter a part of my title right in their research.
When
it comes to messages, you want to take the same tack. This post is titled
"Blog SEO Basics for Beginners." All those who seek basic SEO Blog or
any combination of those words will strike on the title.
I
must admit that it was hard for me. I like to write catchy titles intriguing
that my readers will get to read more. But it will not help the classification
of the position. Use catchy riffs in your Twitter and Facebook promotions of
your post.
Definition :
Many
blog software and SEO plugins give you the chance to enter the description of
your post. This is more characters and that your item arrives in a search
engine is the description in the post. You also can see when someone posts a
link to the post on Facebook. You can be a little catchy here, but do not
forget to put some of these keywords almighty there too. Otherwise, it'll just
take more characters of your blog.
Styles
Remember
those keywords. We are not done with them yet. You have used to identify the
topic of the post and that you have used in the title. Now, make sure they are
in position.
To
give your post yet another boost, use some of these keywords in a couple of
sentences above your message. Web crawlers will see the keywords, the title,
and the first few sentences. If there is a repetition, the position is
considered valuable for keyword searches.
When
you write a message, I find it easier to just write the message. Then I'll go
back and give him referencing again. I'll go with the best keywords for the
job, change the first paragraph to put some in there (you do not need it all by
any means). Then I'll come up with a title for the post. The last thing I
usually do is write a description, because I had pretty much nailed and post
keywords well by then.
These
things are only a handful of many things you can do to improve your listing,
but if you do this to begin with, you're well on your way to increase the
optimization of your search machine ! Good Luck !!!
